• All files are stored in encrypted Azure Blob Storage
• All communications use HTTPS encryption
• Access to your data is strictly limited to authorised personnel
• We implement industry-standard security measures

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We automatically delete your data as follows:

• Original video files: Deleted immediately after processing
• Processed video files: Deleted 7 days after download link is provided
• Job records: Retained for 30 days for support purposes, then deleted
• Email addresses: Deleted after 30 days unless needed for ongoing support

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Access information about how your data is processed
• Correct any inaccurate information
